The Explicit Leather Group is a Faridabad-based manufacturer of leather goods, founded in 1985 by Dr. G.S. Bali. After retiring from the Indian Army, Dr. Bali, a technocrat with a PhD in Meat Technology, established the company, which also includes the tannery Exquisite Enterprises Pvt. Ltd..

In 1987, his son, Harveen Singh Bali, joined the business and is now the Managing Director. A leather technologist, he brought his expertise in leather finishing and garment manufacturing to the company, becoming the driving force behind its growth and innovation.

Explicit Leather is known for its high-quality, environment-friendly production processes and for pioneering styles such as "garment washed" and "garment dyed" finishes. The company collaborates with leading global brands and is recognized as an Export House by the Council of Leather Exports (Government of India).
