The company was founded in 1979 by a group of engineers to address the manufacturing needs of companies in India. Initially operating as Neumann Engineering Works, it has expanded to become Neumann Components Pvt. Ltd., with multiple factories across India.

• Infrastructure: Neumann is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including in-house tool design and manufacturing facilities, press shops, molding shops, and a powder coating facility.
• Leadership: The company is managed by the Malhotra family, with Pawan Kumar Malhotra as Managing Director.
• Clients: It supplies components to multinational corporations such as LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Honda, and Godrej.
