The parent company, Sidsam Group, was established in 1988. Sidsam Formilan Machines Private Limited, one of the primary group entities, was incorporated on May 15, 2008. Sidsam White Label Solutions operates within this group structure, offering products under a white-label model. 

Biography of the founder

• Founder: Sunjay Nayyar.
• Early life: Nayyar was born and raised in Faridabad, India. Though he earned a postgraduate M-Com degree, his passion and skills were in engineering and machinery.
• Entrepreneurial start: Nayyar observed that many Indian industries were using outdated and inefficient packaging machinery. In response, he founded the Sidsam Group with the goal of providing high-quality, innovative packaging solutions.
