Watline Systems Private Limited was officially incorporated on January 8, 2003, in Faridabad, Haryana, incorporating two predecessor firms that had been in operation since 1996.
Establishment and early years
The company's journey began in 1996 as M/s Process Heat Specialist, which focused on the installation and commissioning of:
- Steam line systems
- Underground and above-ground oil storage and distribution systems
- Compressed air distribution systems
In 1999, a new firm named Watline System was founded to expand the business into water treatment and drinking water systems.
Incorporation
In 2003, the two firms were merged into a single entity, Watline Systems Pvt. Ltd.. The company was incorporated as a private limited company with its office in Faridabad.

Today, Watline Systems operates as a manufacturer and service provider offering turnkey solutions that combine process heating, water, and waste-water systems. The company specializes in a range of products and services, including:
